TL;DR

What you will do
- Process transactions accurately and within established guidelines.
- Complete daily deliverables, prepare checklists, and meet service-level requirements.
- Identify and resolve issues, escalating complex problems to supervisors or subject-matter experts.
- Track trends in daily deliverables and support improvements to processes and procedures.
- Create and execute formal and function-specific reports.
- Follow procedures for incident, regulatory breach, and operational risk reporting.
Requirements
- College or university degree with at least 12 months of relevant work experience.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability for the 8:00 PM–5:00 AM shift.
