Business Technology Solutions - Senior Analyst (AI)

Location: Ciudad Autonoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Hybrid work combines working from home with on-site presence at client locations or hirify.global offices for most of the week. Client-facing work may require business travel.

What you will do

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to deliver and implement technology solutions for critical business problems.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into technical designs, solution visions, and architectures.
• Lead project modules and workstreams, including hands-on implementation and delivery.
• Work with technical architects to validate designs and implementation approaches.
• Support project planning, staffing, people management, risk mitigation, and timely delivery.
• Manage, mentor, and coach team members while guiding requirements, prototypes, test cases, deployment plans, and operations strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, with strong academic performance.
• 4+ years of professional experience delivering small- or medium-scale technology solutions.
• Experience leading project teams, managing end-to-end activities, meeting milestones, and mentoring team members.
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS concepts, SQL, data warehousing, reporting, big data, data management, data analytics, and cloud platforms.
• Programming proficiency in Python, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including algorithms and data structures.
• Fluency in English, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a virtual global team environment.
