Business Analyst (Strong SQL Required)

Location: Hybrid role requiring work from the Warsaw office 3 days a week, Poland

What you will do

• Build and implement optimised data models that support business requirements and maintain data integrity.
• Integrate data from databases, APIs, streaming platforms, and files.
• Troubleshoot data issues, resolve data quality problems, and reduce technical debt.
• Work directly with business stakeholders to translate needs into actionable data solutions.

Requirements

• Strong SQL skills, including writing and optimising complex queries.
• Experience with data modelling.
• Experience gathering requirements from business stakeholders and proposing appropriate solutions.
• Strong motivation to develop towards a Data Engineer role.
• Fluent Polish and English at least at B2 level.
• Availability to work from the Warsaw office 3 days a week.

Nice to have

• Python experience.
• Experience building reusable AI solutions such as prompts, workflows, skills, or automations.
