What you will do
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, CRM updates (Maximizer), and Wordpress website maintenance.
- Manage recruitment logistics for the Co-op program, overseeing application processing, interview scheduling, and fee tracking.
- Execute financial operations, including creating requisitions, reconciling Visa transactions, and managing petty cash.
- Facilitate student job searches by posting opportunities on job boards (Symplicity) and coordinating interviews with employers.
- Plan and organize campus-wide career activities, orientations, and student training workshops.
- Collect and analyze student work term statistics and program feedback via Qualtrics and Canvas.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in Kelowna, BC, Canada.
- High school graduation and up to one year of post-secondary education in office management, communication, or computer studies.
- Over two years of experience in administrative and financial support roles.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database management applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction with stakeholders.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Nice to have
- Experience with Maximizer or similar CRM systems.
- Familiarity with policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of standard financial management information systems.
