What you will do

• Serve as the front-line technical resource for clients, solving issues related to data integrations, transformation, and benefit configuration.
• Drive technical implementation projects from kick-off to launch, including SSO setup and carrier migrations.
• Develop deep technical relationships with key client stakeholders as a trusted advisor for platform capabilities and best practices.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to translate client needs into technical requirements and advocate for customer-centric solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including integration guides and API documentation.
• Lead technical troubleshooting efforts for complex client issues and coordinate resolutions with internal engineering partners.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 3-5 years of experience in technical account management or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Experience with API integrations, SSO setup, and enterprise software implementations.
• Strong data analysis and troubleshooting skills, including proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tooling.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with HR/Benefits technology platforms.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems such as Workday or ADP.
