What you will do

• Manage multiple complex enterprise onboarding projects concurrently from discovery to activation.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between enterprise sellers and internal teams including Product, Engineering, and Solutions Engineering.
• Advise on Square’s developer platform capabilities, APIs, and third-party integrations to ensure successful solution design.
• Translate complex seller requirements into actionable feature requests and product roadmap input.
• Triage and resolve technical issues during the onboarding lifecycle to unhirify.global sellers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to scope projects and validate professional services offerings.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing role and 4+ years in project management or implementation.
• Proven experience working with RESTful APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and SDK integrations.
• Ability to reason about system architectures, multi-system data flows, and third-party integrations.
• Strong ability to distill complex enterprise requirements into clear technical solutions.
• Experience in the POS, payments, or broader technology industry.
• Proficiency in reading developer documentation and using technical project tracking tools.
