• Manage a portfolio of district accounts, delivering direct professional development and implementation support.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and grow customer relationships in Texas.
• Travel up to 60% during peak seasons to support districts and provide team observations.
• Analyze data to drive decision-making and provide actionable feedback to the team.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• 2+ years of experience leading a professional development team.
• Previous K-12 teaching experience.
• Must be living in Texas and located near a major airport.
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills for engaging teachers and administrators.
• Strong analytical-reasoning and problem-solving skills.
