What you will do

• Lead and motivate a regional team of District Partnership and Professional Learning Specialists.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to expand the product footprint and grow customer relationships in Texas.
• Plan and execute regional professional learning events, including webinars and IXL Live events.
• Align professional development strategies with Texas statewide K-12 initiatives.
• Travel up to 60% during back-to-school season to support districts and observe team performance.
• Use data-driven insights to identify trends and guide regional decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be based in Texas and live close to a major airport.
• BA/BS degree.
• 5+ years of experience managing professional development teams.
• K-12 teaching experience with strong knowledge of the Texas education system.
• Proven experience in people management and fostering cross-team collaboration.
• Exceptional presentation skills and deep understanding of professional learning best practices.
