What you will do

• Serve as an implementation expert for large, complex districts to ensure successful product adoption.
• Partner with district leaders to create and execute professional development plans aligned with their goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers.
• Travel (40-60%) within Kansas to provide on-site support, visit classrooms, and deliver PD.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to manage customer relationships and support pilot opportunities.
• Analyze usage data to drive strategic decision-making and next steps for implementation.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• 5+ years of experience delivering professional development in K-12 settings.
• Experience as a school/district administrator or extensive experience delivering PD to administrators.
• Experience leading district or school instructional initiatives or curriculum adoption.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for strategic planning.
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.
