What you will do

• Partner with district leaders to provide implementation support for mid-size districts.
• Create and execute professional development plans to ensure successful product adoption.
• Travel regionally (up to 60% during back-to-school season) to facilitate in-person training and quarterly visits.
• Deliver live and virtual professional development sessions to drive engagement and usage of IXL.
• Analyze data to strategize next steps and drive district decision-making.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to manage customer relationships and support pilot opportunities.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• 5+ years of teaching experience in a K-12 setting.
• 2+ years of experience providing professional development.
• Must live in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and be close to a major airport.
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, methodical, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Nice to have

• Experience in instructional coaching, school leadership, or EdTech PD.
• Experience supporting district-level implementations.
