Salary: $90,000 - $143,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead technical analysis of markets and competitive landscapes to identify value creation and cost reduction opportunities.
• Manage product-related ideation, teardowns, and design-for-manufacturing (DfMA) assessments.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, sourcing, and design teams to procure and analyze competitive product sets.
• Lead cross-functional teams to assess the feasibility and value-add potential of new ideas.
• Communicate analyses and strategic priorities to the Steering Committee and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience in product development for consumer products.
• Proven ability to analyze product cost breakdowns and understand development financials.
• Strong analytic, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
