What you will do

• Lead complex modeling and analytical projects of broad scope to drive cross-product initiatives.
• Develop hybrid models combining modern deep learning, LLMs, and traditional data science techniques.
• Prototype, deploy, and realize the market value of AI solutions rapidly.
• Address challenges involving big data, federated learning, and sequence modeling.
• Translate complex mathematical findings into powerful messages for stakeholders and customers.
• Mentor junior data scientists and establish high-quality team technical standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years or Master's/PhD with 3-5 years of professional experience building predictive models.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks, including Transformers and LLMs.
• Hands-on MLOps experience with Docker, CI/CD, pipeline orchestration, and model serving.
• Experience monitoring production models for data and concept drift.
• Strong technical communication skills for collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States

• Fluency with actuarial methods.
• Familiarity with healthcare and medical data.
• Experience with underwriting, claims, or predicting rare events.
