What you will do

• Produce daily newscasts, special coverage, in-depth stories, and digital news content.
• Select, assign, write, and organize stories in rundowns, including headlines, cold opens, teasers, and reporter lead-ins.
• Coordinate with newsroom staff, control room teams, field crews, and satellite remote teams during live broadcasts.
• Respond to breaking news and participate in editorial meetings, coverage decisions, and future story planning.
• Shoot, edit, and publish video for web, mobile, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with editorial leadership and producers on story planning, talent coaching, accuracy, and compliance with news standards.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• 2–4 years of news producer experience.
• Excellent news judgment, creative ideas, writing skills, organization, and time management.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship is not indicated.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; must be at least 18 years old.
• Willingness to work onsite in the Phoenix area, including varying shifts, nights, weekends, holidays, long hours, and emergency coverage.
