Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA

Compensation: $170K – $200K + Equity

What you will do

• Capture and edit short-form video optimized for LinkedIn, X, and YouTube Shorts with rapid turnaround times.
• Develop recurring content series including in-person product demos, executive content, and customer stories.
• Design storytelling structures, hooks, and pacing optimized for audience retention.
• Capture lifestyle and event photography for web, social, and campaign use.
• Create lightweight graphic, meme, and motion-based content to support social storytelling.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in platform-native content and audience behavior across major social channels.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Experience with both professional camera/lighting setups and lightweight mobile production.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA for on-site work.

Nice to have

• Experience with motion graphics and lightweight design.
• Familiarity with meme culture and photography.
