TL;DR
Manager, VAS Pricing and Deal Operations (CPQ/Finance): Building scalable pricing, deal operations, validation, and reporting capabilities for ’s Value Added Services business with an accent on financial analysis, system integration, and data integrity. Focus on validating CPQ-to-billing workflows, developing independent financial models, automating operational support with AI tools, and driving alignment across technical and commercial teams.
Location: San Francisco, California, United States; hybrid schedule with at least 3 days in the office. Travel required 5–10% of the time.
Salary: $134,600–$215,300 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do
- Validate end-to-end implementations connecting CPQ, Microsoft Dynamics, billing, contracting, and reporting systems.
- Build independent calculation models, financial forecasts, and data-quality reporting for complex interconnected systems.
- Own VAS price-list validation, pricing-method governance, and deployment across CPQ and billing platforms.
- Translate business requirements for technical teams and validate data models, system uploads, and end-to-end data integrity.
- Deliver recurring and ad hoc analysis on deal performance, approval metrics, forecast variances, and operational results.
- Automate support intake, issue resolution, and operational workflows using Excel, web tools, AI prompts, and AI agents while coordinating across Pricing, Product, Sales, Finance, and Commercial Operations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience with an advanced degree.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, economics, or business; an MBA is relevant.
- Experience with CPQ systems such as Conga CPQ and CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, including integrations with billing, contracting, and reporting workflows.
- Strong financial knowledge covering GAAP, discounted cash flow analysis, P&L structures, yield management, OPEX budgeting, and AP functions.
- Advanced Excel skills, experience with web-based analytical and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, and experience with AI prompt writing or AI agent creation.
- Strong communication, requirements validation, audit, governance, and cross-functional collaboration skills in large, matrixed organizations.

- Knowledge and experience with products.
- Pricing or Deal Desk governance experience.
- Experience building AI agents and working with data visualization tools.
