What you will do

• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of phlebotomists across designated locations.
• Conduct regular quality checks on patient coordination, specimen documentation, and communication logs.
• Coordinate and execute clinical audits to ensure protocol adherence.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training for new in-office staff.
• Partner with Field Sales and Clinical Operations to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Oversee supply chain needs and maintain compliance with specimen handling standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy Certificate required as per state regulations.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities with experience in clinical or laboratory settings.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time for onsite visits and training.
• Proficiency in problem-solving, time management, and clinical compliance standards.
