What you will do

• Process RMA requests and coordinate reverse logistics, including return flows and inventory disposition.
• Manage the end-to-end purchase order lifecycle, including creation, confirmations, changes, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate production scheduling and shipment verification with international factories and 3PL warehouses.
• Reconcile inventory and billing discrepancies during month-end processes in collaboration with Accounts Payable.
• Support project launches by processing internal orders and tracking sample unit deliveries.
• Analyze procurement data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and service improvement.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of supply chain or procurement experience, preferably in tech or CPG sectors.
• Post-secondary education in Business and/or Supply Chain Management.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with ERP systems executing transactions such as POs, shipments, and RMAs.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data cleansing).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping regulations.
• Experience working with international vendors and factories.
• Proficiency in Mandarin.
