What you will do

• Source, research, and vet creators across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and other platforms.
• Manage creator relationships throughout campaigns, including outreach, negotiations, onboarding, contracting, briefing, content review, scheduling, and feedback.
• Develop creator briefs and lead day-to-day communications during content development.
• Review creator content for ASA and intellectual property compliance, brief alignment, and quality.
• Maintain posting schedules, monitor live content, and flag negative sentiment or inaccuracies.
• Support campaign performance through tracker updates, timeline and budget management, data capture, and wrap reports.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in the creator or influencer landscape.
• Strong interest in social media and content creators.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and interpersonal approach.
• Creative, curious mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Ability to collaborate and work flexibly in a scrappy, less rigid environment.
