Location: Full-time, on-site role in Torrance, California, at the Los Angeles headquarters. Relocation assistance may be available depending on role eligibility.

Salary: $265,000 annually, plus equity grants and semi-annual performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Define and communicate a resehirify.globalh-backed product vision and strategy based on qualitative and quantitative customer insight.
• Lead exterior and interior vessel design from concept through production, balancing aesthetics, performance, manufacturability, and cost.
• Direct UI/UX for onboard displays, controls, and mobile applications so hardware and software operate as one product.
• Execute high-impact design work, including sketches, surface models, interface flows, prototypes, and production assets.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop designers while expanding the design organization’s capacity and influence.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, marketing, sales, executives, board members, and suppliers to protect design intent and deliver products on schedule.

Requirements

• 10+ years of design experience, including 5+ years in design leadership.
• Expertise in both software UI/UX and hardware industrial design.
• Proven experience setting product vision through a structured process and shipping complex products.
• Experience growing teams, mentoring designers, and building design organizations.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and a strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Fluency with modern design and visualization tools, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Alias or NX, KeyShot, and Unreal; bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent experience.

• Experience with software-defined hardware products.
• Interest in using AI tools to accelerate design and creative work.
