What you will do

• Execute outbound outreach by following up on direct mail campaigns using an integrated dialer.
• Qualify leads using provided scripts and handle basic objections with empathy and poise.
• Perform 5–20 warm transfers of qualified leads to sales representatives per shift.
• Accurately maintain and update lead data within a custom-built CRM system.

Requirements

• Professional English skills with a warm and comfortable phone presence.
• Resilience and the ability to handle rejection and navigate sensitive topics professionally.
• Basic computer proficiency to operate CRM and dialer systems.
• Strong active listening skills to gauge client moods and adapt conversations.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST.
