What you will do

• Lead positioning, narrative, and GTM execution for hirify.global's entry into new product categories.
• Own the storytelling for AI-native and agentic products (hirify.global Labs), turning technical capabilities into market-ready language.
• Manage the global launch calendar, sequencing, and release communication channels.
• Partner with Sales Enablement to develop competitive positioning and objection-handling narratives.
• Develop market-specific GTM strategies and ICP definitions based on primary research and behavioral data.
• Own the end-to-end messaging, page architecture, and copy for the company website.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product marketing, including end-to-end ownership of new product line entries.
• Ability to market AI products credibly with a deep understanding of agentic systems.
• Exceptional writing skills and a high degree of ownership over narratives.
• Experience building ICPs and segmentation through primary research and customer calls.
• Previous experience managing at least one direct report.
• Must be based in NYC for on-site work.
