Technical Adoption Specialist - Forma / APS (AEC)

Location: Munich, Germany

Salary: €60,000–€88,000 annual base salary for Germany-based roles; offers may exceed this range based on experience and location.

What you will do

• Deliver product and workflow coaching sessions that help strategic customers adopt hirify.global solutions and activate key workflows.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand customer workflows, adoption barriers, learning needs, and desired outcomes.
• Lead live coaching and scalable group enablement sessions for end users, providing workflow-specific guidance and best practices.
• Act as a technical advisor by demonstrating product expertise and thought leadership to help customers achieve business outcomes.
• Develop and maintain enablement content, learning resources, and digital assets that address customer workflow challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Architecture, Engineering, and Construction technologies and automation building blocks.
• Experience supporting cloud APIs and using API testing tools such as Postman.
• Understanding of HTTP methods, constructing and sending HTTP requests, and handling JSON API responses.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, learn quickly, and communicate complex technical details to live or virtual audiences.

Nice to have

• Technical consulting or technical project delivery experience with large enterprise customers.
• Experience supporting enterprise automation and working directly with demanding customers.
• Experience with hirify.global Platform Services.
• Scripting experience with VB, PowerShell, .NET, Python, C, or C++.
• Experience with low-code or no-code environments such as Workato or Power Automate.
