What you will do

• Lead national athlete marketing strategy, identifying new talent and developing creative concepts for brand elevation.
• Oversee the total USA athlete roster and balance the portfolio in collaboration with global HQ in Austria.
• Coach and guide regional Athlete Marketing Managers (AMMs) to implement performance and communication plans.
• Collaborate with internal departments including Media Network, Sales, and Brand Marketing to ensure perfect product positioning.
• Develop athlete onboarding processes and streamlined tools for training, tracking, and reporting.
• Manage endorsement agreements, focusing on securing name and likeness rights and usage.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of sports marketing experience.
• Deep knowledge of the action sports landscape and sports management.
• Direct experience with sports data and systems analytics.
• Proven expertise in product marketing and securing endorsement agreements.
• Authorized to work in the United States (citizen, permanent resident, or valid visa).
• Ability to travel 40-50%.
