UX/UI Designer

TL;DR

UX/UI Designer (Figma): Designing interfaces and workflows for Customer Portfolio digital products with an accent on wireframing, high-fidelity prototyping, and maintaining design systems. Focus on creating dev-ready specs, conducting usability tests, and coordinating across multiple concurrent product streams.

What you will do

• Execute UX and product design, creating wireframes, storyboards, and high-fidelity designs.
• Develop user flows and prototypes to specify proposed experiences and interaction details.
• Maintain and evolve internal design guidelines for company properties.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, developers, and marketing teams.
• Plan and conduct usability tests and heuristic evaluations to refine the user experience.
• Produce dev-ready specs in Figma and maintain documentation in Confluence.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma for producing mid- and high-fidelity wireframes and specs.
• Experience working within an Agile development process.
• Ability to operate as a self-directed individual contributor.
• Capability to manage context-switching between 2-4 concurrent workstreams.
• Eligibility for a W2 contract (US-based).
