Salary: AED 25,000 per month

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process from discovery through delivery.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing.
• Create user journeys, personas, process flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Design intuitive and visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile banking products.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into user-focused solutions.
• Develop and maintain design systems and UI component libraries.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably within fintech or financial services.
• Must have own freelance visa to work in the UAE.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work across web and mobile.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with business banking, payments, lending, or treasury products.
• Ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
