What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Build scalable systems using TypeScript, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and Temporal-based compute orchestration.
• Own technical systems that support critical revenue delivery.
• Develop and iterate on systems handling millions of tasks each week.
• Collaborate with model teams, Forward Deployed Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Contribute to engineering culture, technical standards, and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Experience building and shipping products at scale.
• Fullstack experience with React, TypeScript, Node, Python, or similar technologies.
• Strong product intuition, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset.
