What you will do

• Build and enhance user-facing AI applications for major enterprise customers, including Fortune 500 companies.
• Develop and refine features for Scale’s GenAI Platform (SGP) to empower businesses to deploy AI-driven agents.
• Design and optimize polished, high-performance UIs using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and ML teams to create seamless and intuitive user experiences.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services, APIs, and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Ship features at a rapid pace while maintaining high code quality, performance, and accessibility.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing frontend or fullstack applications in a modern tech stack.
• Strong proficiency in Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind.
• Experience working on high-visibility, customer-facing applications in fast-paced environments.
• Passion for AI and experience with interactive AI applications, agent-based systems, or data-rich platforms.
• Familiarity with FastAPI, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Must be based in the New York or San Francisco hub locations.
