Salary: $179,400–$224,250 USD base salary, plus potential equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy full-stack features spanning front-end interfaces, back-end systems, and infrastructure.
• Work directly with technical customers to understand complex AI data challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
• Develop and deploy scalable data solutions for leading AI companies, research labs, and government agencies.
• Run rapid, high-quality experiments and iterate on products to meet customer needs.
• Contribute to system architecture, product roadmap decisions, engineering culture, and critical project leadership.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred, with a track record of shipping high-quality products and features at scale.
• Strong coding, problem-solving, independent execution, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate business and product ideas into engineering solutions.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to adapt quickly to the evolving generative AI field.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup in San Francisco or New York City.
