What you will do

• Design and maintain full-stack web applications from frontend interfaces to backend services and data pipelines.
• Develop AI/LLM-powered features for processing manufacturing and work-order data at scale.
• Modernize existing tools, reduce technical debt, and harden production software already in use.
• Deploy and operate services on AWS and Kubernetes using CI/CD and monitoring.
• Collaborate directly with Manufacturing Engineers to translate real-world workflows into adopted software tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated ownership of production software.
• Strong skills in React, TypeScript, component libraries, and state management.
• Proficiency in Python and API development (REST or GraphQL) and working with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience deploying applications on AWS and containerized infrastructure (Kubernetes).
• Comfortable integrating LLMs into production products.
• Must meet U.S. export control requirements (Citizen, Green Card, refugee, or asylum granted).

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or hardware production environments.
• Knowledge of LLM/RAG pipelines or agentic AI workflows in production.
• Experience with graph databases such as Neo4j or Amazon Neptune.
• Familiarity with MES, PLM, or work-instruction authoring systems.
