What you will do

• Develop full-stack AI applications and agentic systems to solve real-world enterprise challenges.
• Partner with strategic customers to move AI prototypes toward production readiness.
• Advise executive leadership on AI roadmaps, use case prioritization, and deployment strategies.
• Standardize successful AI patterns into repeatable reference architectures and internal playbooks.
• Mentor internal teams and provide field signal to Product teams to improve the AI platform.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in production-grade systems, with 2-3 years focused on Generative AI or agentic applications.
• Strong skills in software engineering, data engineering, and applied AI/ML.
• Proficiency with foundation models, RAG, context engineering, and fine-tuning.
• Deep understanding of LLMOps/MLOps including evaluation, observability, and serving.
• Experience designing scalable AI architectures aligned with enterprise security and governance standards.
• Ability to translate complex technical needs into actionable strategy for executive audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with the hirify.global platform.
• Knowledge of open-source big data tools like Spark, Iceberg, or NiFi.
• Experience with AI infrastructure, NVIDIA GPUs, and inference optimization.
