Senior AI/ML Engineer (GenAI)

Senior AI/ML Engineer (GenAI): Leading the end-to-end delivery of a multi-agent GenAI system for product concept ideation with an accent on RAG architecture, agent orchestration, and stakeholder management. Location: Must be based in the Czech Republic (Hybrid/Remote options available across Prague, Hradec Králové, and Zlín).

What you will do

• Own the client relationship, run alignment workshops, and translate stakeholder feedback into scoped backlog items.
• Drive the solution architecture of a 4-agent system, including agent design, retrieval strategy, and human-in-the-loop flows.
• Lead the evaluation program, including golden-question benchmarks and SME-mimicking judge panels.
• Manage delivery against PoC plans and pilot milestones, presenting decision-ready material to executive stakeholders.
• Identify and shape follow-on opportunities for system expansion and scaling.

Requirements

• 5+ years in AI/data consulting or applied AI delivery with proven client-facing lead experience.
• Hands-on experience with LLM application architecture, multi-agent systems, and RAG (hybrid retrieval, vector stores).
• Strong ability to bridge business and engineering perspectives.
• Excellent workshop facilitation and executive communication skills.
• Fluent English required; German is a strong plus.
• Must be based in the Czech Republic.
