What you will do

• Handle inbound phone, written, and chat inquiries to provide solutions at the first point of contact.
• Execute financial transactions including account updates, balance transfers, and dispute handling.
• Promote digital banking and self-serve options to customers.
• Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience and identify business growth opportunities.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency while following bank risk and compliance procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service experience (banking or retail preferred).
• Must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, late nights, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
