What you will do

• Execute and refine underwriting, line assignment, and risk-based pricing strategies.
• Translate credit strategies into decisioning logic, segmentation frameworks, pricing tiers, and operational rules.
• Design and evaluate champion/challenger tests related to APRs, fees, promotional offers, and loan terms.
• Assess customer price sensitivity and conversion elasticity across segments and acquisition channels.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, Marketing, and Compliance to ensure accurate implementation of pricing strategies.
• Prepare regular reporting on credit performance and identify drivers for strategy enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, finance, economics, business, or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in credit risk, pricing strategy, underwriting, or yield management.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, SAS, R, or similar analytical tools.
• Strong understanding of lending economics, expected loss, and risk-based pricing.
• Experience analyzing approval, conversion, yield, margin, and profitability metrics.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Wilmington, DE.
