What you will do

• Prepare and review legal entity financial statements under US GAAP, IFRS, and investment fund reporting requirements.
• Lead accounting and reporting for annual incentives, deferred compensation, equity-based compensation, and long-term incentive programs.
• Manage regulatory compliance, internal controls, SOX requirements, and audit support.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Compensation, Finance, operational leaders, and external auditors.
• Drive automation, process transformation, workload prioritization, and timely delivery of financial outputs.
• Coach employees, establish performance expectations, and support talent development and succession planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business/Administration.
• 6–8 years of progressive accounting experience in complex operations, including financial reporting, expense management, and monthly ledger closes.
• At least 5 years of experience managing a corporate project, function, or division.
• Experience leading process improvement, automation, or transformation initiatives.
• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting and financial reporting standards, with eligibility to sit for the FINRA Series 27 Exam.
• Experience with Oracle General Ledger and Microsoft Suite; CPA, MBA, public accounting, and financial services experience are preferred.
