Senior Analyst, Corporate Accounting

Location: Hybrid; minimum three days per week at the Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey office, United States.

Salary: USD 80,000–95,000 per year.

What you will do

• Support monthly and quarterly close, corporate accounting, financial reporting, audit support, and recurring reporting packages.
• Prepare, review, and post complex journal entries and accruals for intercompany activity, legal reserves, facilities, cash, restructuring, prepaids, and other corporate adjustments.
• Own reconciliations, review supporting documentation, resolve reconciling items, and perform balance sheet and P&L variance analysis.
• Review offshore-team journal entries and reconciliations, provide accounting guidance, and escalate control gaps.
• Partner with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Legal, Payroll, and other stakeholders to validate data and ensure appropriate accounting treatment.
• Improve close and reconciliation processes and support ERP implementation, process design, testing, transformation, AI, and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CPA-track is preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, audit, or public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, month-end close, reconciliations, financial statement analysis, SOX compliance, and internal controls.
• Strong analytical judgment, communication, project-management, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to deliver multiple assignments, meet tight deadlines, work independently, and make effective decisions under pressure.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, results-oriented, rapidly changing environment and build effective partnerships across organizational levels.
• Availability to work in the Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey office at least three days per week.
