Location: Remote within the United States; evening availability may be required, and multi-state licensure must be obtained and maintained as needed.

Salary: $35–$40 per hour, equivalent to approximately $5,600–$6,400 per month.

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments covering health status, dietary habits, and clinical risk.
• Develop and maintain individualized care plans aligned with medical conditions, provider recommendations, and evidence-based guidelines.
• Provide telephonic counseling and education to support behavior change and long-term self-management.
• Analyze claims history and clinical information to identify risks and shape care strategies.
• Coordinate providers, specialists, durable medical equipment, and medication access for members.
• Document interventions, collaborate with physicians, nurses, and case managers, and support compliance and client reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field from an accredited program; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential.
• At least 3 years of clinical nutrition experience.
• Experience in case management, wellness program coordination, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with claims processing tools and ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding.
• Ability to obtain and maintain multi-state licensure per business need; evening availability may be required.
