Automation & MES Support Specialist I (MES)

Location: US - Portsmouth, NH; onsite rotating shift from 6am-6pm each week

What you will do

• Troubleshoot Syncade and DeltaV systems to resolve issues.
• Support production floor activities and provide technical assistance through the helpdesk.
• Collaborate with supervisors to update control logic and batch records.
• Perform testing and validation for system changes.
• Manage user accounts and complete system maintenance tasks.
• Analyze SAP material data and integrate it into manufacturing systems.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in a science-related discipline or equivalent experience; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a biotech or related environment.
• Basic knowledge of controls and MES software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.
