Manufacturing Execution Systems Co-op (MES)

Location: Raritan, New Jersey, United States of America; onsite at the Raritan manufacturing site. Candidates must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment visa sponsorship and available to work 40 hours per week during the co-op term.

Salary: $23.50–$52.50 per hour, based on program year, discipline, degree, and experience.

What you will do

• Support daily MES operations, system monitoring, troubleshooting, investigations, and operational documentation.
• Assist with Electronic Batch Record configuration, testing, workflow reviews, forms, recipes, and system updates.
• Analyze manufacturing and MES data and develop reports or dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Support Computer System Validation activities, testing documentation, evidence collection, audit readiness, and quality compliance.
• Contribute to digital manufacturing, process efficiency, data quality, standardization, and continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, MSAT, Validation, and IT teams and present project updates and recommendations.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor's or master's program in a relevant technical discipline, such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Available to work full time and 40 hours per week at the Raritan site during the applicable co-op term.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 and permanent U.S. work authorization without current or future sponsorship requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Python, or data analytics tools.
• Interest in software systems, digital manufacturing, or industrial technology.
• Familiarity with databases, business applications, software development lifecycle, or system testing concepts.
• Exposure to MES platforms such as PAS-X, Camstar, SAP ME, or similar systems.
