What you will do

• Design digital signage and digital experience systems covering displays, video walls, dvLED walls, media players, CMS platforms, content distribution, networking, control, and monitoring.
• Define system concepts and requirements, evaluate technology options, and recommend solutions aligned with project scope and client standards.
• Develop and oversee bills of materials, functional descriptions, wiring diagrams, rack elevations, cabling assemblies, and construction drawing packages.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables, schedules, project milestones, installation support, and collaboration with architects and other trades.
• Test, configure, and commission subsystems during deployment, then complete as-built documentation for service handover.
• Act as an escalation point for engineering issues and provide technical status updates to operations resource planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in digital signage, experiential technology, or workplace conference solutions.
• Demonstrated success completing engineering projects and meeting deadlines.
• Strong technical troubleshooting, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage detailed deliverables, and communicate complex issues concisely.
• Valid driver's license and ability to use a personal vehicle for local job-site travel are required.

Nice to have

• Enterprise digital signage, experiential technology, or workplace collaboration experience in complex environments.
• Knowledge of UC platforms, audio DSP, microphones, cameras, control systems, AV-over-IP, BYOD/BYOM, room scheduling, monitoring, and enterprise device management.
• Understanding of project phases, construction processes, installation, integration, and architectural and construction drawings.
