Principal Product Manager, Finance (Finance Technology): Leading the end-to-end Finance Close product strategy and building scalable capabilities for process transformation, automation, controls, reporting, and M&A integration with an accent on enterprise finance systems, capability ownership, and operational scalability. Focus on designing cross-functional roadmaps, solving complex legal-entity and ERP integration challenges, and improving reconciliations, close-cycle performance, data quality, and audit readiness.

Salary: $128,000–$228,690 starting base salary

What you will do
- Own the Finance Close product strategy, roadmap, capability model, and cross-functional decision framework.
- Transform close processes through simplification, automation, standardization, stronger controls, and improved reporting dependencies.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Legal, Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, and Business Architecture.
- Lead finance technology planning for acquisitions, divestitures, legal-entity onboarding, Day 1 readiness, stabilization, and systems integration.
- Define scalable integration patterns covering ERP onboarding, master data, reconciliations, reporting, controls, tax, banking, and consolidation.
- Create reusable playbooks, templates, UAT requirements, cutover plans, and decision frameworks for close transformation and M&A integration.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Finance Technology, Finance Product Management, Finance Transformation, Enterprise Applications, Business Systems, or Finance Operations leadership.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end Finance Close, including Record to Report, subledger close, journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany, consolidations, controls, reporting, and audit readiness.
- Experience transforming close processes across complex enterprise systems landscapes.
- Experience with M&A integration, legal-entity onboarding, ERP integration, finance process transformation, or acquisition-related systems work.
- Experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday Financials, or similar enterprise finance platforms.
- Ability to translate finance, accounting, tax, treasury, and compliance needs into product requirements, roadmaps, process designs, and delivery plans.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP Central Finance, SAP RAR, SAP SOM, SAP FICA, SAP DRC, Vertex, BlackLine, Anaplan, Workday, Salesforce, or enterprise data warehouses.
- Experience supporting multi-entity, multi-currency, multi-tax-jurisdiction environments with intercompany and consolidation complexity.
- Experience with divestitures, transition service agreements, financial data migration, ERP rationalization, or legal-entity onboarding.
- Experience with process mining, workflow automation, reconciliation automation, or financial close management tools.
