What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and phased delivery for the Raven business applications platform.
• Define and prioritize requirements for the in-house Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and core supply chain modules.
• Make strategic build-versus-buy decisions for enterprise platforms like ERP, CRM, and P2P systems.
• Manage integration points between factory floor systems (SCADA/PLC) and enterprise back-office portals.
• Ensure platform compliance, data integrity, and audit readiness as the company scales.
• Partner with operations, finance, and engineering to translate business needs into clear product specifications and ROI metrics.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management or business systems experience in a hardware, manufacturing, or supply chain environment.
• Deep hands-on experience owning or implementing core systems like MES, ERP, WMS, or QMS at scale.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, cross-functional programs through influence.
• Strong grasp of data architecture, system integration, and master data management.
• Experience operating in a fast-moving startup environment with limited resources.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience standing up an MES or QMS from greenfield.
• Background in power electronics, energy conversion, or capital equipment manufacturing.
• Technical fluency with APIs, integration patterns, and SQL.
• Familiarity with NPI processes and transitioning from prototype to volume production.
