Salary: $128,470 - $192,710

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end engineering projects for large vehicle platforms, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Manage mechanical design and integration of electrical systems, including routing, protection, and packaging.
• Develop installation hardware such as brackets and enclosures, balancing performance with durability.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and suppliers to optimize quality, cost, and serviceability.
• Lead prototype builds, validation, and testing for fit, form, function, and durability.
• Mentor project teams and lead design reviews according to engineering standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related accredited discipline.
• Expert-level project management skills for planning and controlling complex engineering projects.
• Experience with large mining trucks or heavy equipment in mining applications.
• Proficiency in Creo, Vis View, Teamcenter, and Electric SDP.
• Ability to work on-site five days a week at a hirify.global facility.
• Must have valid US work authorization (sponsorship is not available).
