What you will do

• Manage comprehensive exhibit hall operations, including floorplan design and layout.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for exhibitors and sponsors, handling inquiries and communications.
• Oversee the use of exhibit management software like Map Your Show.
• Coordinate with show decorators and vendors to ensure successful event delivery.
• Maintain and track event budgets, providing accurate estimates and post-event billing.
• Manage the fulfillment of sponsorship benefits and deliverables.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 2-3 years of progressively responsible exhibit management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time for event support.
• Experience in an association market or multi-client environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
