What you will do

• Perform root cause analysis on installation failures and non-conformities, converting lessons learned into improved procedures and standards.
• Coordinate training, assessments, qualification processes, and certification alignment for the LatAm HV Installation Training School.
• Review site reports to identify recurring deviations, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, acceptance, and fault-restoration activities for underground cable systems.
• Validate installation methods, procedures, work instructions, and technical documentation against customer and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate interfaces among Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, Quality, contractors, and site teams while promoting HSEQ compliance.

Requirements

• Completed higher education in Engineering.
• Advanced English required.
• Experience or capability in installation engineering, quality management, technical procedures, and field support.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful circumstances.
• Proactive communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer-management skills.
• Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; willingness to travel 50–70% of the time.

• MBA or postgraduate qualification.
