What you will do
- Lead the deployment of next-generation filling machines in Japan and other markets.
- Apply automation expertise and function as an ARA Expert.
- Support installation projects with system-specific expertise, focusing on NPI and MC readiness.
- Audit filling lines and drive performance improvement initiatives.
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis using established problem-solving methodologies.
- Build technical networks at regional and global levels and support KA teams in business opportunity analysis.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in installation, maintenance, and service work on A1/A3/E3 machine systems.
- Fluency in Japanese (written and spoken).
- Working-level technical English proficiency.
- Willingness to travel domestically within Japan and internationally.
- Strong customer-focused mindset and ability to handle technical negotiations.
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach peers.
