What you will do

• Own design work end-to-end: from research, flows, and wireframes to final polished, production-ready UI.
• Design intuitive experiences focused on play, self-expression, and friendship for millions of global players.
• Expand and maintain the design system by establishing new patterns and ensuring visual consistency.
• Validate design decisions using player interviews, usage data, and competitive analysis of top-tier products.
• Iterate relentlessly on features based on live feedback from a highly engaged community.

Requirements

• A portfolio demonstrating impeccable visual craft and strong fundamentals in typography, hierarchy, spacing, and color.
• Either an early-career designer with exceptional talent or a seasoned designer with a track record of shipping products at scale.
• Strong user-centered point of view backed by research and rigorous reasoning.
• Ability to produce exceptional work at a high speed.
• Fluency in Figma and modern design tooling.
• Complete ownership mentality and the drive to solve complex product problems.
