Senior Product Analyst (Laboratory Informatics): Supporting laboratory instrument data acquisition software used by scientists in GxP and non-GxP research environments with an accent on requirements analysis, system configuration, validation, and user adoption. Focus on translating laboratory workflows into scalable application solutions, designing UAT and regression testing, and coordinating improvements across scientific, quality, business, and technical stakeholders.
Location: Full remote from Poland; Warsaw is listed as the location.

What you will do
- Act as the primary link between business stakeholders, Quality teams, scientific users, and technical teams.
- Gather and document requirements, use cases, workflows, access models, data flows, integrations, and validation needs.
- Support laboratory application onboarding, migrations, implementations, configuration, and continuous improvement.
- Define testing requirements and create regression and User Acceptance Testing scenarios.
- Provide Tier 1 application support, investigate issues, and coordinate technical escalations.
- Create documentation, FAQs, training materials, and deliver user training to drive adoption.
Requirements
- Experience supporting laboratory instrument data acquisition software in pharmaceutical or life sciences R&D.
- Strong understanding of laboratory workflows, scientific data management, and GxP/non-GxP environments.
- Knowledge of controlled access, user roles, audit trails, validation processes, and GxP system requirements.
- Experience with requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, application onboarding or migrations, integrations, and data mapping.
- Experience creating UAT scenarios and supporting testing activities.
- Fluent English required. Strong communication, documentation, organization, and prioritization skills are also required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Unicorn or Biacore Insight software.
- Experience with laboratory informatics platforms or scientific instrument software.
- Experience with Jira, Xray/Vera, ServiceNow, Agile delivery, or digital SDLC processes.
- Experience creating training materials and delivering end-user training.
- Experience in global pharmaceutical R&D organizations.
