Location: Fully Remote (US) or Hybrid in Buffalo, NY
Salary: $190,000–$220,000 Annually

What you will do
- Lead the Business Development organization to drive strategic growth across Space and Defense markets.
- Identify and pursue opportunities in strategic deterrence, missile systems, space systems, and autonomous technologies.
- Develop and execute annual operational business plans aligned with long-term strategic objectives.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with DoD, Space Force, and prime industry partners.
- Oversee the full capture process from opportunity identification through contract award.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Finance to ensure successful bid execution and portfolio expansion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Military Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in the Aerospace, Defense, or Government industries.
- Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
- Proven experience with DoD acquisition processes and operational capability planning.
- Ability to travel up to 35%.
- Must be authorized to access U.S. export-controlled information.
