What you will do

• Develop capture artifacts, including capture plans, call plans, competitor analysis, and win strategies.
• Manage customer engagement efforts and gather insights to support account leadership.
• Partner with solution architects and SMEs to translate customer requirements into viable technical and management approaches.
• Lead gate reviews, status briefings, and action tracking throughout the capture lifecycle.
• Coordinate pricing strategies and manage teaming documentation with subcontractors.
• Facilitate the transition from the capture phase to the proposal development process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in capture management or business development within defense or security domains.
• Deep understanding of DoD acquisition processes, including FAR and DFARS.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience preparing capture materials and customer engagement documentation.
• Ability to analyze competitor information, market trends, and customer data.
