Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 yearly

What you will do

• Define positioning, audience targets, and strategic frameworks for Peacock’s original series and key titles.
• Translate research, cultural insights, and performance data into clear takeaways for campaign direction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Media, and Decision Sciences teams to synthesize inputs.
• Create compelling presentations to bring strategies to life for internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Conduct competitive analyses of the streaming and entertainment landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Track campaign performance and surface key insights for optimization.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in marketing strategy, brand planning, or entertainment marketing.
• Ability to connect data, cultural insights, and business objectives into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in distilling complex ideas into narratives using PowerPoint or Keynote.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Universal City, CA office at least 4 days per week.
• Experience interpreting data and insights to inform marketing strategy.
• Strong passion for television, streaming, and pop culture.
